Pregarten
Here I would like to introduce you to a hike along the upper Feldaist. This is one easy hike on good paths, approx. 5 km. It starts in Pregarten. Here you can at the cultural center, parking free of charge. From there it goes to Feldaist, which is easy to find. Cross the bridge and then turn right. The path leads past the hammer mill (16th century). We walk along the Feldaist and see many things worth seeing Motifs along the way. We continue past the Purmühle, which dates back to the 13th century. We'll get to it soon Snakehead Bridge. It leads to a natural biotope on the Feldaist.
The path continues with gentle inclines past the Fuchspfad and the beautiful Pechölstein, to the Kumpfmühle, which is around 1000 years old and has been lovingly renovated. The mill is now a museum, which can also be visited. Here we turn around, go over the bridge and then turn left back to the start. The circular route leads past many great motifs, depending on the season. The Feldaist is the most impressive with its Washouts, an island, wide meadows and cool forest areas.
